Overview

The Executive Assistant (EA) provides direct, high-level administrative and strategic support to the CEO of Ryze Agency. This individual ensures that the CEO’s time is optimized, priorities are executed efficiently, and communication flows seamlessly across internal and external stakeholders. The EA acts as the CEO’s right hand—balancing discretion, speed, and strategic thinking—while anticipating needs before they arise. Responsibilities

1. Executive Support & Calendar Management Manage the CEO’s daily schedule, appointments, and travel itineraries. Prioritize meetings, ensuring the CEO’s time aligns with company priorities and Rocks. Coordinate meetings across multiple teams and brands (Ryze, Zona Health, Vatellia Life, etc.). Prepare daily briefings with context, goals, and key deliverables for upcoming meetings. 2. Communication & Coordination Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communication to and from the CEO. Draft and manage high-priority emails, memos, and follow-ups with precision and professionalism. Ensure the CEO remains updated on critical client, partner, and internal matters. Capture and distribute meeting notes and action items with clear accountability tracking. 3. Project & Task Management Track key initiatives and ensure timely execution of CEO priorities across departments. Partner with the Chief of Staff and Integrator to keep strategic projects on track. Manage confidential files, contracts, and strategic documents. Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and decks for leadership and client meetings. 4. Event & Travel Logistics Plan, coordinate, and execute logistics for conferences, events, and speaking engagements. Oversee bookings, itineraries, and on-site support for CEO travel. Liaise with vendors, event organizers, and PR teams to ensure seamless execution. 5. Strategic Partnership Support Conduct light research and prepare background briefs for key meetings or partnerships. Support in drafting correspondence for investors, clients, and collaborators. Maintain a clear understanding of all Ryze-related initiatives to connect dots across projects. Key Attributes

CEO time spent on highest-impact activities increases by 25%. Response time to CEO-related emails or requests reduced by 50%. All major Rocks and initiatives tracked and updated weekly. Meetings start on time with prepared agendas and close with clear next steps. Preferred Experience

5+ years supporting C-suite executives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting. Marketing or agency experience preferred but not required. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field. Familiarity with EOS or similar operational frameworks (a plus). Company Description
