Overview

Lead the Enterprise Technology Business Analysis organization as a senior analyst for large, high‑impact projects. Collaborate across the enterprise with Architecture, Portfolio, and Technology leadership to define, package, and deliver solutions aligned with AEP’s strategy. Responsibilities

Lead business analysis on strategic enterprise projects across the organization. Partner with Enterprise Architecture to adopt frameworks that transition artifacts across disciplines. Establish enterprise business analyst skill sets across multiple business domains. Plan and facilitate analysis workshops with multiple stakeholders. Formulate business strategies, operations, and opportunities to develop technology capability roadmaps. Develop and implement business analysis standards and ensure compliance. Communicate capabilities and scope plans to all levels of business technical staff. Lead the Community of Practice for business analysis, coaching, mentoring, and training less experienced analysts across the enterprise. Provide expert process redesign and support, including tools, problem diagnosis, and process improvement solutions. Research best practices to develop innovative solutions for complex process improvement efforts or business needs. Oversee the entire lifecycle of IT investments for multiple departments, defining the investment mix, planning portfolio structure, and communicating actionable items. Act as a lead advisor to senior business leaders, IT leadership council, and governance committee on strategic planning. Guide the IT organization and stakeholders to develop, prioritize, and execute the IT portfolio plan. Analyze portfolio performance and promote changes in investment mix to achieve goals. Execute opportunities for optimizing IT portfolio performance to lower cost of ownership and provide competitive advantage. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business, or related field; or Associate’s degree with 2 years of relevant experience; or High school diploma/GED with 4 years of relevant experience. 10 years of relevant work experience. Strong communication skills. Physical Demand
