We are looking for a senior sales manager to join our Sales and Marketing team at Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills. This 5-star hotel boasts 170 rooms, 6,300 sq ft of banquet space and 4 food and beverage outlets, including an elevated Mediterranean restaurant, a rooftop restaurant, a lobby lounge and in-room dining.
Responsibilities
Drive a mix of consortia and FIT accounts; proactively respond to inquiries and initiate new sales opportunities.
Identify and qualify leads; conduct site inspections and provide detailed information.
Determine pricing, prepare customized proposals, negotiate contracts and manage client accounts.
Analyze lost business to inform future strategies and develop and implement targeted sales plans to achieve or surpass revenue and room night goals.
Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceptional client experiences.
Qualifications
