Revenue Auditor is tasked with reviewing and entering all revenue streams into control documents. Auditors will prepare necessary reports for all areas of gaming operations to satisfy both Company and regulatory requirements. Revenue Auditor demonstrates and provides outstanding customer and employee relations at all times. Revenue Auditor will also present oneself in a neat and clean appearance at all times.

Responsibilities

Verifying the different revenue streams derived from gaming operations like Video Lottery Terminal Operations, Slot-Jackpots, Table Games, Food and Beverage, Marketing, Main Cage, ATM/TRU Machines and other revenue and documentation as generated by various departments.

Issuing exception reports for violations of company policies and procedures, Lottery regulations and Federal and State laws.

Analyzing and creating spreadsheets, complying with all company policies and procedures, Lottery regulations and Federal and State laws.

Auditing shift reports for all areas of gaming operations.

Auditing the issue, retention, and transmittal of regulatory forms such as W2G’s, Suspicious Activity Reports (SARC), and Currency Transactions Reports (CTR).

Attending periodic meetings and training sessions.

Performing other duties as assigned.

Skills to Help You Succeed

Ideal candidate should possess adequate Microsoft Office Skills including Excel, and Word.

Must have excellent interpersonal skills to communicate across all levels of the organization, including state regulators, and governmental institutions such as IRS and FINCEN.

Must be able to read, speak and effectively communicate ideas in English.

Must be able to think analytically, have basic math skills and be able to read and interpret spreadsheets.

Ability to make independent decisions and recommendations.

Strong organizational, planning and communication and PC skills.

Knowledgeable in creating and analyzing spread sheets or similar data reporting.

Must be a team player.

Qualifications Must-Haves:

Prefer at least two (2) years related experience. Associate Degree in Accounting or related field is a plus

Minimum 21 years old, high school diploma or equivalent and have the ability to obtain appropriate gaming license.

You will be exposed to an alcohol and smoking environment and must be able to work in such an environment

Must have the ability to secure and maintain licensure as required by Virginia Gaming Control Board or any other applicable regulatory entity as may be required to perform assigned duties, or as required by Live’s operating standards.

Physical Requirements:

Able to sit for long periods of time and ability to perform moderate lifting of 30 lbs. or more.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, lift and reach.

Ability to work long and varied hours and on shifts, weekends, holidays and special events as needed.
