Faribault, MN-hybrid Compensation:
$80,000-85,000 annually What you'll do as the Inventory Analyst:
Monitor inventory levels across multiple product lines and locations Analyze data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for process improvement Develop and maintain inventory reports and performance metrics Partner with supply chain and production teams to optimize inventory planning and ensure timely delivery Support the development of inventory forecasting models Recommend and implement strategies to reduce carrying costs and improve the accuracy of inventory records Assist with cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies as needed What you need to become the Inventory Analyst:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred 5+ years of experience in inventory analysis or related field Strong financial and analytical background Proficiency in Excel and ERP/MRP systems Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to adapt quickly and learn new processes in a dynamic environment
