We are looking for a skilled Receptionist to join our team in Griffith, Indiana. In this contract role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth daily operations by handling administrative tasks and providing excellent customer service. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a friendly demeanor to create a positive first impression for visitors and callers.

Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and detail-focused environment.
• Answer incoming calls promptly, directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
• Manage scheduling and appointments to support office operations.
• Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Communicate effectively with staff and clients to address inquiries or concerns.
• Coordinate mail distribution and manage incoming deliveries.
• Assist in organizing office supplies and inventory when needed.
• Support the team with additional clerical duties as required.• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in handling multi-line phone systems.
• Familiarity with basic office software, including word processing and spreadsheets.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
• A customer-focused attitude and a commitment to quality.
• High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Previous experience in a part-time or contract position is a plus.
