Accounting Manager

We are working with a growing plumbing, HVAC, and electrical residential service company that is growing like crazy.

Our client is looking for an Accounting Manager to join their team in their NJ market (office in Tinton Falls). This position will focus on leading all accounting functions of a multi-million dollar service company, including analyzing reports & trends and working with the management team to develop solutions to reach business goals.

Areas of focus include:

• Lead a team of ten, including AR, AP, and inventory management
• perform financial analysis that evaluates business performance, identifies trends

and opportunities, and delivers actionable recommendations to support strategic decision-making

across the organization.

• Establish comprehensive financial reporting systems that deliver accurate monthly financial

statements and weekly projections, while serving as a strategic finance partner to location operations

teams and overseeing warehouse operations to enable informed decision-making across all

organizational levels

• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, including weekly forecast updates and annual budget

development that aligns financial planning with operational objectives, providing clear visibility into

resource allocation and enabling effective performance tracking across the organization.

Preferred experience includes a minimum of five years as an accounting manager, controller, etc. in a service-related industry that may include pest control, courier/package delivery, uniform, lawn care, security/protective services, car rental, restoration or mitigation, plumbing, HVAC, and other related fields.
