Execute preventive maintenance and complete repairs on plant assets. Diagnose faults using mechanical and electrical troubleshooting methods. Inspect equipment on a regular cadence to ensure safety and performance. Maintain precise records of all maintenance work and parts used. Respond rapidly to maintenance requests and emergencies. Collaborate with cross-functional teammates to optimize reliability. Comply with all safety standards and site procedures. Perform additional duties as assigned by your supervisor. Must-have qualifications
Six (6)+ months of mechanical work experience listed on your application
or
graduation from an industrial maintenance training program within the last three (3) years. Rehire policy: eligible after 365 days away, with fewer than three prior terms. Minimum age 18; valid identification required. Willingness to use basic hand tools and read/understand work instructions. Working knowledge of welding, hydraulics, basic electricity, power transmission, pneumatics & plumbing. Physical ability to lift 50 lbs; climb stairs to 120 feet and ladders up to 60 feet; stand for long periods; and tolerate hot, cold, and inclement conditions. Skills that set you apart
