Our client, a government agency specializing in public services, is seeking an IT Systems Support to join their team. As an IT Systems Support, you will support various customer locations. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Assist with on-site MIS support at customer locations, ensuring smooth IT operations
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on Windows systems
Support second-level Service Desk tickets, resolving issues remotely and on-site
Deploy MECM GUI and headless images, and manage software deployments
Operate and maintain IT-related equipment, including imaging, installing, and moving hardware
What's Needed?
Experience with troubleshooting Windows systems and network resource connectivity
Knowledge of Active Directory or other identity management systems
Strong customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work with rapidly changing priorities and multitask effectively
Experience with deploying images and managing hardware/software updates
