STRENGTH & CONDITIONING COACH

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Human Performance, or related program
• NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification
• At least 3 years of experience working in personal training, collegiate athletic performance, or professional strength & conditioning

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Kinesiology-related field
• Experience in collegiate athletics or high performance sport
• Experience working with general population
• Experience training around pain and injury

Responsibilities

• Execute up to 35 training sessions per week
• Utilize the TrueCoach programming platform
• Construct individualized training programs for 10+ Monarch members
• Collaborate and cooperate with the Monarch Medical and Physical Therapy departments

Job Type: Full-time

Starting Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
