A company is looking for an Accounting Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly financial close process, including journal entry review and account reconciliations
• Prepare financial information for consolidation and ensure compliance with internal / external audits and SOX
• Drive process improvements in accounting operations and develop junior team members

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; CPA preferred or nearing completion
• Minimum of 5 years accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting systems
• Hands-on experience with SOX compliance and internal controls
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities
