Lobby Attendant - Embassy Suites by Hilton Austin Downtown South Congress

Embassy Suites by Hilton Austin Downtown South Congress is looking for their next Lobby Attendant to join the housekeeping team. With City views in South Congress, this property is located next to the Congress Avenue Bridge and Lady Bird Lake.

A Lobby Attendant is responsible for cleaning and maintaining all public areas of the hotel and responding to guest requests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

What will I be doing?

• Clean designated areas including restrooms, public areas, hallways, stairwells, elevators, offices and banquet/meeting/conference rooms.
• Dust, polish furniture and fixtures, vacuum, mop, sweep, shampoo carpets, wash windows, empty carts of soiled linens, clean/wax floors, remove and dispose of trash, insects and debris, empty ashtrays.
• Greet guests in a friendly manner.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks and special projects such as mattress flipping, furniture moves as needed.
• Assist in delivering guest requests and in cleaning guest rooms as needed.

Shift Pattern

AM shifts, Weekends and holidays availability is required.
