Job Summary

Richies Tavern is seeking a passionate and driven Restaurant Manager to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to start in a supervisory position with a clear pathway for growth into restaurant management. The Restaurant Manager will play a key role in supporting daily operations, ensuring outstanding guest experiences, and leading front‑of‑house staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise front‑of‑house staff to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Lead by example in providing exceptional customer service and hospitality.
• Create exceptional guest experiences, engaging with customers and building regulars.
• Assist with staff training, coaching, and performance management.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Support management with scheduling, inventory control, and operational tasks.
• Maintain and uphold company standards, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of serving/bartending experience in a full‑service setting.
• Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience in a full‑service setting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and think on your feet.
• Passion for hospitality, team development, and operational excellence.

Additional Positive Qualifications

• Experience opening a new restaurant concept.
• Strong interview and training skills.
• Experience with R365 and Toast.
