Job Overview
Richies Tavern is seeking a passionate and driven General Manager to join our team. This is a full-service, New American restaurant concept with a rigorous, detailed bar program. The General Manager will play a key role in supporting daily operations, ensuring outstanding guest experiences, and leading front-of-house staff and back-of-house staff. This position is ideal for someone with at least 5 years of management experience in the restaurant industry. A strong food and beverage background is preferred and previous bartending and LBW experience is a plus. Job Title

Run daily operations and drive daily labor and sales goals Write FOH schedule and manage and review BOH schedule Lead motivating preshifts aimed at developing service standards, communicating company messages, and developing menu knowledge Lead by example in providing exceptional customer service and hospitality Create exceptional guest experiences, engage with customers, and build regulars Assist with staff training, coaching, and performance management Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns professionally and efficiently Support management with scheduling, inventory control, and operational tasks Maintain and uphold company standards, policies, and procedures Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of management experience in a full-service setting Experience with new restaurant openings Ability to recruit, train, and motivate staff Strong conflict resolution and coaching skills Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Skilled in managing budgets, controlling labor and food costs, and analyzing P&Ls Eye for detail in hospitality, atmosphere, and service standards Quick decision making that prioritizes guest and business needs Organized in setting priorities, delegating tasks, and ensuring accountability Strong written and verbal communication with staff, vendors, and ownership Growth mindset and ability to objectively accept feedback Experience with R365 and Toast is a plus What We Offer
