Espire Infolabs is looking for a Sales Director for the US region, preferably based in New Jersey or East coast.
Location: Preferably New Jersey or East coast
Experience Required: 10+ years in IT Services Sales
Espire Infolabs is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Director to lead our growth efforts in the North American market. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of ten years of proven experience in IT services sales, with a strong track record of acquiring new logos. This individual should possess deep experience in platform solution selling and a passion for driving digital transformation through Customer Experience Management Solutions. Expertise in CMS, UX/UI, CRM, Customer Communication Management (CCM), Data & AI, Automation, and Salesforce is preferred, along with the ability to navigate across industries such as Retail, Travel, Hospitality, Healthcare, ISV, Education, and Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI).
The role involves full sales cycle ownership including prospecting, qualification, solution development, negotiation, and closure of mid-to-large size deals. The Sales Director will be responsible for meeting regional booking, billing, and profitability goals, while developing and executing go-to-market strategies that generate leads and expand the pipeline. A critical aspect of the role is building lasting relationships with C-level stakeholders and understanding their business needs to deliver tailored digital and IT solutions. The candidate should be capable of working closely with delivery teams, both onsite and offshore, to shape proposals, manage transitions, and ensure successful post-contract execution.
The position requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of IT services dynamics and engagement models, coupled with the ability to operate in a matrixed support environment. Candidates must have strong communication and presentation skills, prior experience managing customer relationships, and demonstrated success working with global delivery models. Familiarity with proposal development, solution validation, escalation management, and accurate CRM forecasting is important.
The ideal candidate should be based in the U.S., preferably in New Jersey or on East coast, and must hold valid work authorization (Green Card or U.S. Citizenship).
A bachelor's degree is required, and candidates with advanced degrees or relevant certifications will be preferred.
