Support Indivior’s Senior Manager on all matters relating to taxation of Indivior’s business and other projects as needed. Essential Functions
Assists with the preparation of the quarterly and annual ASC 740 income tax provisions, including documentation of deferred tax assets and liabilities, valuation allowances and uncertain tax positions (UTPs) Assists with gathering the information required for the state and local sales and use tax returns Prepares state personal property tax returns Prepares state, city and local business license applications Analyzes the financial accounts used for tax reporting Assists with various related tax audits and government information requests Assists other departments with related tax research issues Organizes and maintains tax work papers and efficiently meets all filing deadlines Maintains the company tax calendar/tax return due date schedules Reviews and manages the company tax depreciation schedules Communicates orally and in writing with various government and company representatives Uses tax software, Excel, and other computer software programs efficiently to complete job duties Other duties may be assigned Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required Three to five years of corporate accounting and tax experience required CPA preferred but not required Relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is also acceptable Must possess a highly developed sense of customer service and interpersonal skills including high integrity, respect for all individuals (customers, vendors, and employees), solid communication skills, and strong critical and analytical thinking skills. Must possess strong research and computer software proficiency Previous experience in pharmaceuticals a plus. Must have success in prioritizing multiple needs in a fast paced environment. High attention to detail Ability to work extended workdays to support business needs SAP experience a plus. Competencies/Conduct
