Manager of Accounting, Manufacturing and Operations
Indivior is a global pharmaceutical company dedicated to treating opioid use disorder (OUD). The Manager of Accounting (Manufacturing and Operations) will support inventory accounting for internal factories and third‑party contract manufacturers, and provide general accounting for operating expenses and business functions. Position Summary
Conducts supply chain period‑end closing activities, prepares inventory and COGS entries, interfaces with global accounting partners, and supports budgeting, tax reporting, and audit activities. Essential Functions
Provide strategic financial leadership to the supply team, ensuring accurate reconciliations of SAP to CMO reports. Coordinate all supply chain period‑end closing activities, resolve unusual items in a timely manner. Prepare period‑end closing entries for supply chain inventories, inventory reserves and COGS. Ensure cross‑company inventory reserves for finished goods alignment with sales forecasts. Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations and internal control documentation in Blackline and SOXHUB. Interface with global accounting partners for intercompany inventory movements. Annually prepare inventory standards and record revaluations impacting P&L. Review annual standard calculations for cost costing and intercompany pricing. Maintain purchasing information records, transfer prices and intercompany sales prices within SAP. Provide monthly COGS actuals, analyses, and support the budgeting process. Serve as liaison for internal and external supply chain accounting inquiries during audits. Coordinate with auditors to ensure audit requests are met and analyze audit issues. Improve global supply chain accounting processes, identifying gaps and implementing improvements. Partner with supply chain management, FP&A, and global accounting to support business initiatives. Review and document approvals of general accounting entries related to operating expenses. Support tax inquiries and reporting as needed annually and quarterly. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance. 10+ years of accounting experience. Low domestic travel ( Experience with SAP preferred. Competencies / Conduct
Strong influence and communication skills. Ability to multitask, re‑prioritize, and meet tight deadlines. Attention to detail and analytical mindset. Continuous improvement mindset and willingness to challenge status quo. Proficiency with Microsoft 365, especially Excel. Benefits
