Craft and execute Disney Lorcana Trading Card Game marketing campaigns for every type of player across all touchpoints. Collaborate with Disney Lorcana TCG marketing, product, brand teams, and Ravensburger regional sales and marketing teams on go‑to‑market plans and integrated fan experience. Communicate marketing strategy and plans to internal stakeholders, regional teams, and external partners. Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing efforts. Deliver reports and presentations that communicate campaign strategy, execution, and results impact. Analyze global campaign performance metrics and lead strategic pivots. Educate, train, and coach teams on marketing best practices and Disney Lorcana implementations. Work closely with project management and licensor to approve all marketing campaign elements. Research consumer insights, industry trends, and competitor landscape. Travel approximately 10%, including international travel. Qualifications

3+ years of hands‑on experience designing and delivering marketing campaigns, preferably in gaming or entertainment. Proven track record of success in marketing leadership roles for products or brands with passionate fan communities. Passion for TCGs and affinity for Disney. In‑depth understanding of the TCG market, competitive landscape, and fan culture. Existing Disney Lorcana TCG knowledge or eagerness to learn. Consumer insight‑driven with a knack for engaging campaigns. Thrives in a fast‑paced, evolving industry with shifting priorities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience working internationally preferred. Strong collaborator who pulls teams together with inspiring vision and clear communication. Test‑and‑learn innovator combining data, insights, and intuition. Curious, learns from others, and listens to understand. Benefits
