4-6 years of solid experience in patent litigation and inter partes review (IPR) proceedings before the PTAB. At least 4 years of solid litigation experience. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related degree required. Exceptional writing skills. USPTO registration number preferred. Benefits
