Information Operations Planner 3 with Security Clearance At Wyetech, you will help shape the future of national security by planning and integrating cyberspace capabilities into joint operational plans. The role involves reviewing doctrine, developing plans through the Joint Planning Process, and ensuring compliance with higher‑echelons’ directives to protect and defend the Department of Defense Information Network (DODIN).

Responsibilities

Monitors and evaluates strategies, doctrine, policies, directives, and instructions from high‑level headquarters and makes recommendations to ensure compliance and integration into broader planning efforts.

Develops plans and orders by applying operational art and operational design, using the Joint Planning Process (JPP) and Adaptive Planning and Execution (APEX) methodologies.

Provides input to briefings, transition concepts to execution, and assists in coordinating joint operational planning for training, exercises, combat, and contingency operations.

Integrates cyberspace capabilities into deliberate, contingency, operations, and crisis action planning; develops TTPs, CONOPs, COAs, and other related documents for OCO, DCO, and DODIN security.

Assesses shortfalls, prioritizes and validates requirements, and modifies development planning efforts based on the evolving cyberspace environment.

Contributes to exercise scenario development, operational plans, and other documentation to support USCYBERCOM exercise training priorities.

Conducts research on emerging threats to U.S. Critical Infrastructure and Key Resources (CIKR).

Participates in Joint Planning Groups (JPGs) and Operational Planning Groups/Teams (OPG/OPTs).

Qualifications

TS/SCI security clearance with agency‑appropriate polygraph.

Minimum 10 years of experience as a Joint Operations Planner with complete knowledge of the JPP, JOPES, and APEX planning formats.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.

Specialized education in military joint operations planning through the JPME II from a CJCS‑accredited joint education program (or equivalent).

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.

Four years of planning experience may be substituted with completion of an advanced Service planner school (SAMS, SAASS, JAWS, etc.).

U.S. citizenship and eligibility to hold a federal security clearance.
