Oracle ERP Cloud Technical Consultant Location: New York, NY | Positions: 3 | Client: TCS / Communication, Media and Information Services

All visa types are acceptable (except H4EAD). 8+ years of experience required.

Responsibilities

Serve as an Oracle ERP Cloud Technical Consultant with a primary focus on the Procure-to-Invoice (P2I) process, providing expert-level support and solution design for procurement and financial workflows.

Lead end-to-end implementation and technical delivery of Oracle ERP Cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with client business requirements and industry best practices.

Drive migration from Oracle WebCenter to Intelligent Document Recognition (IDR), including planning, execution, and post-migration support.

Develop and customize Oracle ERP Cloud applications using Oracle tools and technologies, including BI Publisher, OTBI, FBDI, ADF, and REST/SOAP web services.

Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver scalable solutions.

Design and implement integrations between Oracle ERP Cloud and third-party systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, and other middleware tools.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to onshore and offshore development teams, ensuring adherence to coding standards, performance optimization, and quality assurance.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Oracle ERP Cloud Financials and Procurement modules, ensuring timely resolution and minimal business impact.

Conduct unit testing, support system integration testing (SIT), and assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solution quality and performance.

Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, configuration guides, and support materials for ongoing maintenance and knowledge transfer.

Stay current with Oracle Cloud updates, new features, and industry trends to proactively recommend enhancements and innovations to clients.

Qualifications

6–8 years of hands‑on experience in Oracle ERP technical implementations, with a proven track record of successful project delivery in onshore consulting roles.

Deep knowledge of Oracle Financials Cloud (SaaS ERP) modules such as Payables, Receivables, General Ledger, and Fixed Assets.

Deep knowledge of Oracle Procurement Cloud (SaaS SCM) with understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, and purchasing workflows.

Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) leveraging cloud‑native tools and services for deployment, monitoring, and performance tuning.

Strong problem‑solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
