We’re hiring a
Physical
Product Marketing Manager
to lead the strategy, positioning, and performance of our eCommerce platforms. This role is responsible for driving digital product visibility, optimizing online conversion, and ensuring a consistent experience across all sites. You’ll work at the intersection of marketing, product development, and operations to manage product presentation, promotions, and performance analytics. This position requires someone equally comfortable with creative storytelling and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate understands how to build demand, improve usability, and make our eCommerce presence an active extension of our brand. NOTE: This is not a software product-related role. Oversee day-to-day management of all company eCommerce sites Maintain product listings, descriptions, imagery, and categories for accuracy and engagement Develop and execute promotional strategies that align with marketing campaigns Collaborate with creative and operations teams on product launches and seasonal updates Analyze traffic, conversion rates, and sales data to identify growth opportunities Optimize site structure and content for search performance (SEO/SEM) Coordinate with marketing automation to drive eCommerce engagement through email, paid media, and retargeting Prepare monthly performance reports and recommendations for leadership Ensure product content reflects current brand standards and messaging Required Skills and Abilities
4–7 years of experience in product marketing, eCommerce management, or digital merchandising Strong understanding of digital customer journeys and conversion optimization Experience with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar) Familiarity with Google Analytics, search marketing, and performance dashboards Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent projects Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred Experience in multi-product or multi-site eCommerce environments strongly preferred Location
This position is
in-office , based in Everett, WA. Regular collaboration with marketing, operations, and creative teams is required to ensure alignment and execution. Pay Range: $60,000 to $80,000 (depending on experience) Benefits
