We’re looking for an
Integrated Campaign Manager
to connect the dots between strategy, creative, and execution across every marketing channel. This role sits at the center of our marketing efforts—owning campaign planning, coordination, and performance tracking. You’ll translate big ideas into structured, cross-channel campaigns that include digital, print, direct mail, gifting, and events. You’ll partner closely with our creative team, researcher, and Director of Marketing to ensure that every touchpoint tells a consistent story and drives measurable results. Develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns that align with company goals Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and resources across internal and external partners Create campaign briefs, communication plans, and launch documentation in ClickUp Partner with the Visual Creative to ensure consistent branding and messaging Work with Marketing Research and Operations to track performance metrics and ROI Support campaign analysis and recommend adjustments to improve effectiveness Maintain campaign calendars and oversee project workflow from concept to delivery Assist in the development of post-campaign reports and presentations for leadership Manage the company’s social media and digital advertising channels as part of integrated campaign execution. This includes developing and maintaining the social calendar, coordinating paid media campaigns, and working with internal or outsourced partners to ensure creative, targeting, and spend align with campaign goals. Collaborate with the Content Lead for messaging and the Visual Creative for asset production. Monitor performance, provide regular reporting, and recommend optimizations to improve engagement and ROI. Required Skills and Abilities
3–6 years of experience in marketing, campaign management, or project coordination Strong understanding of cross-channel marketing and integrated campaign strategy Excellent organizational and communication skills Experience managing timelines, budgets, and multiple stakeholders Comfortable using ClickUp, HubSpot, or similar marketing project tools Ability to translate strategy into actionable plans and clear deliverables Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred Experience in B2B, enterprise, or multi-location marketing is a plus This position is
in-office
and based in Everett, WA. Regular, on-site collaboration with marketing, creative, and operations teams is essential to success in this role. Physical Demands
Regular use of a computer and phone, with occasional travel for events or planning sessions. Travel Required
