About The Role

Design intuitive, efficient user interfaces from wireframes to production for browser and mobile platforms

Collaborate with backend and full‑stack engineers to connect APIs to polished front ends

Own and evolve the design system and reusable component library

Implement responsive layouts and accessibility‑conscious design

Build workflows that integrate human approvals and real‑time activity states

Participate in UI testing, QA, and deployment across platforms

Optimize performance and accessibility across device types and network conditions

Lead and mentor junior developers, fostering professional growth through code reviews, pair programming, knowledge sharing, and technical guidance

Required Skills

Minimum of 7+ years of frontend development experience, primarily focused on building scalable, responsive web applications

Proficiency in React (or comparable framework) and TypeScript

Experience with mobile development using React Native

Strong product/design collaboration skills, including working in Figma or similar

Familiarity with state management tools

Experience with Microsoft Azure environment, leveraging Azure services for hosting and integrating frontend applications

Excellent understanding of the software development lifecycle, including version control, testing, debugging, and deployment

Deep knowledge of web fundamentals (semantic HTML, accessibility, performance)

Experience designing user experiences for workflow‑based or enterprise tools

Experience with component libraries (e.g., Material UI, Shadcn/ui, Radix UI)

Prior work on SaaS or internal operations tools

Would require readiness to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs

Preferred Skills

Implement UIs that reflect real‑time status changes and async task updates via polling or websockets

Knowledge of native integrations (e.g., push notifications, secure storage) via Expo modules or native bridges

Hands‑on experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing within Microsoft Azure environments

Application deadline: 12/31/2025. Wage range: $113,000.00 - $267,500.00 per year.
