What You’ll Do
Design and architect
IVR, conversational AI, and generative AI
solutions for both
voice and chat
interfaces.
Lead
technical conversational design
— including dialog flows, intent modeling, NLU, and multimodal interaction strategies.
Integrate conversational platforms (preferably
AWS Lex, Polly, Bedrock ) with enterprise systems, APIs, and backend data sources.
Apply hands‑on expertise in
AI/ML orchestration, prompt design/tuning , and optimization of
LLM‑based solutions
for customer engagement.
Define and deliver
end‑to‑end solution architectures
focused on scalability, resiliency, and enterprise‑grade performance.
Ensure all solutions adhere to
security, compliance, governance, and data privacy
best practices.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience architecting and delivering
conversational AI and generative AI
solutions in enterprise environments.
Deep understanding of
dialog management, NLU/NLP, and multimodal UX .
Experience with
AWS AI services
and backend integration patterns.
Strong grounding in
AI model tuning, orchestration, and prompt engineering .
Familiarity with
security, governance, and compliance
requirements for customer‑facing AI platforms.
