The Medication Delivery Solutions (MDS) business unit and the Medication Delivery and Vascular Care (MDVC) platform play a key role in providing medical devices critical to the delivery of healthcare. The team is comprised of individuals passionate about our role and our legacy as a company and excited about our continued contribution to healthcare.

We're seeking a dynamic leader to join our team and report directly to the Business Director of our Medication Delivery business. This is your opportunity to lead a $100M+ business that continues to deliver strong returns for BD while making a difference in healthcare settings across the globe. As our Anesthesia Portfolio Leader, you'll become the driving force behind a comprehensive suite of products—from established solutions to exciting new innovations. You'll craft strategies that accelerate adoption, expand markets, and enhance BD's Anesthesia solutions globally. Working in a collaborative environment with cross‑functional teams and regional partners, you'll be the catalyst for significant growth over the next 2‑5 years.

How You'll Make An Impact

Chart the Course: Develop and implement a compelling global product strategy and annual strategic plan for Anesthesia Solutions that drives sustainable business growth across regions.

Ensure Uninterrupted Care: Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to maintain supply continuity, supporting precise forecasting, mitigating potential risks, and uncovering new growth opportunities.

Accelerate Market Leadership: Drive category share growth through competitive conversion strategies, elevating clinical practice standards, and developing innovative commercial models that strengthen BD's position in the anesthesia space.

Champion Product Excellence: Support product innovation through compelling claims development, comprehensive training programs, and creation of powerful sales tools that showcase our portfolio's unique value.

Lead Transformative Initiatives: Orchestrate new product launches, line extensions, and cost enhancement projects while driving NRFit adoption in key markets to ensure continued relevance and growth.

Expand Our Horizons: Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities in both existing and emerging markets, working hand‑in‑hand with regional marketing teams to enhance impact.

Orchestrate Success: Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure timely execution of key initiatives, incorporating customer insights, developing strategic pricing approaches, and leading commercial launch excellence.

Master the Product Lifecycle: Lead comprehensive product lifecycle management—from market assessment and segmentation to competitive analysis, portfolio optimization, product positioning, and compelling marketing communications.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree.

5+ years experience with proven commercial capabilities and business acumen in the medical device or healthcare industry. Business experience may include marketing, sales, sales training, and business development.

Experience driving portfolio growth, identifying market opportunities, market segmentation, completing competitive analysis, developing pricing strategies, preparing for product launch and commercialization, and developing go‑to‑market models and strategies.

Experience with innovation process and driving innovation projects/initiatives.

Experience developing comprehensive business cases with detailed financial analysis.

10% – 20% travel.

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in Business Administration.

Compensation Pay Range: 143,300.00 – 236,500.00 USD Annual.
