PMO Quality Specialist The PMO Quality Specialist is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in Stellantis manufacturing processes and products. This role involves conducting root cause analysis, managing engineering changes, and performing product evaluations. The PMO Quality Specialist acts as the primary contact for engineering quality and product incidents, analyzes quality data, and delivers third‑party quality metrics. Representing the Voice of the Customer, drives team success and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
Conduct root cause analysis using tools such as Kepner‑Tregoe and Shainin Red X.
Manage engineering changes and perform product evaluations.
Act as the primary contact for engineering quality and product incidents.
Analyze quality data and deliver third‑party quality metrics.
Represent the Voice of the Customer and drive team success.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Engineering from an ABET‑accredited university.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with advanced problem‑solving tools.
Proficiency with computer systems and software.
Assertive, ambitious, and eager to learn and apply new principles.
Motivated to positively impact the work environment and product quality.
