What You’ll Get to Do:
Responsibilities
Under minimum supervision, perform analog circuit design and analysis to support development of new product. Design tasks include system level requirements analysis, subsystem level requirements development, conceptual design, preliminary design, and detailed design through design verification and characterization. Analysis tasks include circuit modeling, simulation and analysis as well as signal and power integrity analyses on PCB design. This position is contingent upon the successful transfer of an active DoD Secret Clearance.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications for a Senior Principal Analog Design Engineer:
Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of experience, a Master’s degree with 6 years of experience or a Ph.D. with 4 years of experience in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or related technical fields- Prior experience in Analog circuit design, modeling, and simulation
U.S. Citizenship is required
Active Secret Clearance is required
Experience in Analog circuit design, modeling, and simulation
Experience with schematic capture and layout in Mentor Xpedition, Cadence, and/or Altium Designer
Experience with circuit and sub-system test and troubleshooting
Ability to work onsite full-time in Woodland Hills, CA
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Printed Circuit Board design using Mentor Xpedition Designer and AMS
Experience with HyperLynx Signal and Power Integrity analyses
PSpice circuit design analyses
Experience Design verification and test
MSEE with emphasis in Analog Circuit Design
