Full‑time. Salary:
$158,100 – $185,000 per year.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement software solutions that solve business problems through innovation and engineering practices.
Participate in all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC): analyze requirements, apply architectural standards, document specifications, translate technical requirements into application modules, and enhance existing modules.
Identify and troubleshoot application code‑related issues.
Take an active role in code reviews to ensure solutions align to pre‑defined architectural specifications.
Assist with design reviews by recommending ways to incorporate requirements into designs and data flows.
Participate in project planning sessions with project managers, business analysts, and team members to analyze business requirements and outline proposed solutions.
Qualifications
Minimum Education and Experience:
Master’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or Information Technology plus 2 years of software engineering experience, OR Bachelor’s degree in the same field plus 4 years of experience.
Technical Skills:
Tasks automation using Bash and PowerShell.
Deploying microservices using Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, and reactive programming concepts with Spring WebFlux.
Node.js, Python, and TypeScript/JavaScript for server‑side development and batch jobs.
Designing and implementing RESTful and SOAP web services; data formats using JSON and XML.
Software development methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid SDLC.
CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins; build tools using Maven, Gradle, and npm.
Database technologies: Cassandra, MongoDB, Oracle, SQL.
Cloud services: AWS Lambda, EKS, S3, MSK; Kubernetes and Terraform for infrastructure orchestration.
Containerization with Docker; monitoring and logging tools such as Dynatrace, New Relic, and Splunk.
Version control with GIT; automated testing with BDD using Cucumber; unit and integration testing with JUnit4 and Jest.
Static code analysis with SonarQube; API management with Apigee; batch job orchestration with Control‑M.
Security and compliance tooling: Veracode, Webinspect, Blackduck, Aquasec; CDN and web performance optimization with Akamai.
