Responsibilities Assist in strategically promoting and selling Stryker Orthopaedic Instruments products. Conduct product evaluations in OR and office, persuasively demonstrate value, track territory progress, communicate wins, solve product problems, educate staff, and consistently exceed goals.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.
1‑2 years in medical sales or B2B preferred.
Valid driver’s license and ability to drive an automobile.
Travel Requirement Approximately 20% travel.
Physical Requirements
Medium work: exert up to 50 lbs occasionally or up to 20 lbs constantly.
Coordination of eye, hand, and foot with ability to grasp and meet cognitive demands.
Mental Requirements
Discretion and independence applying professional expertise.
Time, project, stress, and conflict management.
Strong interpersonal skills (written and oral).
Task completion with minimal supervision.
