As an Orthopaedic Instruments Sales Representative, you will promote and sell Stryker Orthopaedic Instruments products to meet customer needs. Conduct product evaluations in OR and office settings and persuasively demonstrate the value of our products. Systematically track territory progress and proactively communicate your wins with your Regional Manager; strive to exceed goals. When onsite with clients, apply product knowledge to solve problems and inform doctors, nurses and other staff about proper use and maintenance of our products. What you need

5+ years in an outside sales position (medical related fields or B2B sales preferred) or Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited University with at least 2+ years of outside sales experience preferred Travel requirement:

Approximately 20% travel. Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive an automobile. Physical requirements:

Medium work: exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects Coordination of eye, hand and foot movement with ability to grasp by hand and meet cognitive demands including visual and auditory discrimination/memory, reading ability and memory retention Mental requirements:

Exercise discretion and independence when applying professional expertise Must be able to manage time, projects, stress and conflict Must possess strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication Must be able to bring tasks through to completion with minimal supervision Must have the ability to prioritize work and keep detailed and confidential records Must be able to communicate/present to large groups of people Must possess unwavering ethics & integrity in a competitive and demanding work environment Stryker will provide
