What you will do:

As an Orthopaedic Instruments Sales Representative, you will strategically promote and sell Stryker Orthopaedic Instruments products to meet customer needs. You will conduct product evaluations in OR and office settings, demonstrate the value of our products, track territory progress, and communicate wins with your Regional Manager. When onsite with clients, you will use product knowledge to solve problems and inform doctors, nurses and staff about proper use and maintenance. You will provide excellent service and assist customers as needed, and you will thrive in a fast-paced environment selling Stryker products that improve healthcare.

What you need:

5+ years in an outside sales role (medical-related fields or B2B sales preferred) OR Bachelor’s Degree with at least 2+ years of outside sales experience.

Travel requirement:

Approximately 20% travel. Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a car are required.

Physical requirements:

Medium work: exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.

Coordination of eye, hand and foot movement; ability to grasp; cognitive demands including visual and auditory discrimination, memory, reading ability and memory retention.

Mental requirements:

Exercise discretion and independence when applying professional expertise.

Manage time, projects, stress and conflict; strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.

Ability to prioritize work and maintain detailed and confidential records; ability to present to large groups.

Unwavering ethics and integrity in a competitive environment.

Stryker will provide:

Compensation and benefits:

Commission-only role: 100% commission, with eligibility for bonuses and benefits.
