ROMTech is transforming post-surgical recovery through innovative, remote rehabilitation technology. As our Campaign Manager, you will design, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable demand for ROMTech’s solutions. This role is central to ROMTech’s pipeline growth strategy — taking product narratives developed by Product Marketing and activating them across digital, partner, and field channels to generate qualified leads. You will also work closely with channel partners — including total joint reps, medical distributors, and DMEs — to deliver targeted campaigns that expand ROMTech’s reach and create new revenue opportunities. Key Responsibilities

Develop and launch integrated multi-channel campaigns (email, web, paid media, field events, referral programs, and partner activations). Translate product marketing narratives into compelling campaigns tailored to physicians, clinics, payers, and patients. Own campaign calendars, workflows, and timelines across product verticals (orthopedic, cardiac, etc.). Design and execute co-marketing campaigns with channel partners (total joint reps, distributors, DMEs). Develop referral and partner engagement programs to drive lead flow. Track ROI of partner campaigns and recommend improvements. Work with Product Marketing (orthopedic & cardiac) to ensure campaigns reflect validated positioning and value messaging. Partner with Creative to produce campaign assets (ads, collateral, landing pages). Collaborate with Digital Marketing on channel execution (SEO/SEM, email automation, social). Provide qualified campaign leads to Market Engagement teams (B2C, B2B, Payer) for follow-up and conversion. Monitor campaign performance metrics (leads generated, conversion rates, cost per lead, pipeline contribution). Partner with Marketing Operations to ensure accurate attribution, reporting, and campaign dashboards. Run A/B tests and continuously optimize campaigns for efficiency and ROI. Skills & Abilities

Expertise in campaign development and execution across multiple channels (digital, email, events, partnerships). Ability to collaborate with channel partners and build co-marketing programs. Strong project management skills with ability to juggle multiple campaigns at once. Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analyzing campaign metrics. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred. 3–5+ years in campaign management, demand generation, or partner marketing (healthcare/med-tech experience preferred). Familiarity with CRM/automation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar). Experience in B2B healthcare marketing or channel partner marketing strongly preferred. Success Metrics

Campaigns delivered on-time and on-budget. Lead volume and pipeline contribution directly attributable to campaigns. ROI from partner campaigns and referral programs. Conversion rates from campaign leads to sales-ready opportunities (via Market Engagement). Positive feedback from Product Marketing, Sales, and partners on campaign execution.
