Responsibilities
Lead the development and maintenance of complex financial models to support strategic and operational initiatives.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities to ensure accuracy and accountability across departments.
Own analysis of pricing strategies, commissions, and business performance metrics to identify trends and optimize profitability.
Drive project-based financial initiatives, working cross-functionally to deliver insights and solutions.
Prepare and present accurate, timely financial reporting packages for senior leadership.
Manage and support month‑end close processes, collaborating closely with Accounting.
Utilize systems like Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and advanced Excel to extract, transform, and visualize data.
Partner with leadership to provide ad‑hoc analysis that supports critical decision‑making.
Mentor junior analysts and contribute to building best practices in reporting, modeling, and analytics.
Qualifications
5+ years corporate finance experience
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
Must be a USA Citizen
