Job Description
Join a confidential, growth-oriented operation supporting regulated defense customers. We're seeking a reliable
Distribution Center Worker / Material Handler
to keep materials moving, inventory accurate, and production flowing-safely and efficiently.
What you'll do Move & stage materials
and completed assemblies between departments; maintain accurate stock documentation. Expedite part shortages
and coordinate cross-functionally to optimize production flow. Operate material handling equipment
(forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) with safety and productivity in mind. Process system transactions
(ERP/MRP) for receiving, issues, transfers, and adjustments. Assist in shipping & receiving ; verify counts, labels, and paperwork. Support inventory control
(cycle counts, discrepancy resolution, reporting). Mentor junior handlers
and pitch in on special projects as needed. What you'll bring Active security clearance or VantageClear credential (required). 2+ years
in material handling, warehouse, stockroom, or distribution center roles. Comfortable lifting
up to 50 lbs
and standing/walking for extended periods. ERP/MRP and basic computer proficiency
(inventory moves, receipts, issue/return). Understanding of
MRP concepts
and internal material flow. Safety mindset, attention to detail, and strong teamwork/communication skills. Nice to have Experience streamlining shortage management with production teams. Proficiency with common warehouse equipment and tools. Benefits & Perks Competitive pay with
