This role is for a natural organizer and people leader, someone who thrives under pressure, knows how to run a seamless show, and can confidently manage budgets, vendors, and timelines while mentoring junior team members. You’ll manage your own portfolio of events while supervising a team of five (producers, client services, graphic design, and production support) and play a key role in ensuring projects stay on time, on budget, and on brand. What You’ll Do Lead and mentor a team of 5 across production, graphics, and internal services Oversee multiple client events at once, from kickoff through reconciliation Own event budgets and vendor relationships with a focus on value and accuracy Supervise the allocation and output of the internal services team (graphics/client success) Ensure every event meets Revel’s creative and executional standards Collaborate with Planning, Accounts, and Creative to bring events to life What You Bring 6–8 years of experience in live events, production, or agency operations Team management experience (freelance or full-time staff) Strong event budgeting, vendor procurement, and onsite execution skills Calm, confident decision-making—especially under pressure Superb communication and organizational instincts Familiarity with event tools like SalesForce, Slack, Social Tables, CVent is a plus Competitive Base Salary & Bonus based on performance 401K with 4% employer match 50% employer-paid health insurance (BCBS) 14–20 days PTO (based on tenure) + 5 sick days MacBook + monthly cell phone stipend Why Join Revel?
