Executive Assistant

to support its Human Resources team. Known for its entrepreneurial mindset and ambitious growth strategy, the company fosters a culture of agility, accountability, and continuous improvement. Who You Are

A highly organized Executive Assistant with a bachelor’s degree and 7–10 years of experience, ideally in finance or a corporate setting

Skilled in managing complex calendars, coordinating across time zones, and supporting senior leaders with varied styles

Advanced in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, with experience creating polished materials for executive audiences

Strong project manager who can prioritize, track progress, and drive initiatives independently

Discreet, adaptable, and effective in fast‑paced, high‑stakes environments

What You’ll Do

Provide direct administrative support to three senior HR leaders

Manage complex scheduling, internal communications, and recurring leadership touchpoints

Prepare high‑quality decks, reports, and materials for internal use

Coordinate training sessions, onboarding schedules, and recruiting logistics

Track and execute on firm‑wide people initiatives and cross‑functional HR projects

Organize logistics for internal programs and events

What Success Looks Like

Executives receive seamless, proactive support across scheduling, communication, and execution

Materials are consistently accurate, professional, and delivered on time

Projects and programs run smoothly, with clear timelines and measurable progress

You consistently stay ahead of needs, solve problems quickly, and bring structure to shifting priorities

Salary Range $130,000 – $140,000 annually, based on experience
