LHH is partnering with a leading law firm seeking an experienced
Litigation Paralegal
to join their San Francisco office. This role focuses on
tort defense litigation , including transportation-related personal injury and property damage cases.
Key Responsibilities
Manage case files from inception through trial or settlement
Draft and respond to discovery; prepare subpoenas and privilege logs
Assist attorneys with depositions and trial preparation
Research, vet, and coordinate with expert witnesses
Prepare legal documents, chronologies, and trial binders
Handle trial logistics, exhibit management, and attend trial as needed
Qualifications
5+ years of civil litigation experience
(personal injury/auto accidents preferred)
Experience with expert retention and medical chronologies
Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Acrobat Pro, LexisNexis, Relativity, TrialPad, and iManage
Familiarity with state and federal court systems and filings
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
Role
Hybrid role 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.
