Base pay range $73,000.00/yr – $101,000.00/yr

Known for its deep industry knowledge and collaborative approach, our client serves clients of all sizes across highly regulated industries including healthcare, aviation, and real estate.
Position Description Our client is seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal to join their ride share team and work on auto accident and personal injury cases. This paralegal will be heavily involved in issuing subpoenas, issuing and responding to discovery, and preparing medical chronologies. The ideal candidate will bring experience in tort defense litigation, particularly in transportation-related personal injury and property damage matters. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to support a dynamic litigation team in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage litigation case files from inception through resolution, including mediation, arbitration, trial, or settlement.
Draft and prepare subpoenas, discovery requests (interrogatories, requests for production/admissions), and responses.
Coordinate and prepare attorneys for depositions and trial.
Conduct factual investigations, including social media research and expert vetting.
Prepare legal documents such as briefs, pleadings, chronologies, and trial/mediation binders.
Assist with trial preparation, including trial notebooks, exhibit and witness lists, subpoenas, and presentation materials.
Attend trials as needed and support attorneys with exhibit management and witness coordination.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil litigation, with a strong background in tort defense.
Proven experience with expert retention and medical chronologies.
Proficiency in litigation support tools and software, including Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat Pro, LexisNexis, PACER, Relativity, TrialPad, Sanction, and iManage.
Familiarity with both State and Federal court systems.
Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and maintain confidentiality.
Experience with trial attendance and exhibit presentation software is highly desirable.
Proactive and anticipates next steps in case progression.
Collaborative team player with a strong sense of accountability.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
