As an Agency, Platforms & Client Solutions (APCS) StratOps Lead, you will be responsible for cross‑functional operating practices and delivering transformational initiatives that are foundational to the success and growth of the team. You will partner closely with senior stakeholders and cross‑functional partners across GTM, LCS, Finance, Marketing, etc. to drive scaled strategy and execution. Responsibilities

Set a clear strategy for APCS to seamlessly operate horizontally across ALCS from an operating model and process flow perspective to ensure connectivity on annual and in‑quarter priorities. Establish a partnership model between APCS and critical cross‑functional partners where it is critical to have an aligned go‑to‑market approach (i.e., Global, GCS, Marketing, Cloud). Support strategic initiatives alongside APCS Leadership to pilot and scale new growth opportunities as well as implement operational accuracy and practices. Provide analytical, project management and operational support to the APCS GTM team as business needs arise. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 4 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 2 years of experience with an advanced degree. MBA, graduate degree, or equivalent experience in technical, quantitative, or business field. 6 years of relevant work experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory. Distinctive problem‑solving skills combined with impeccable business judgment and experience leading complex operational and strategic initiatives. Demonstrated ability to lead senior cross‑functional stakeholders/partners and influence executive decision making, while navigating complex organizational dynamics. Excellent written/verbal communication skills. Strong analytical skills and comfort with large data sets. Compensation

US base salary range for this full‑time position is $118,000–$170,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Additional compensation details are shared during the hiring process. Seniority Level
