Juris Doctor in good standing with the CA Bar plus

Minimum of 3+ years of labor law and employment litigation experience

Experience taking depositions, handling hearings, and acting as lead counsel on a case

Familiarity with wage laws, leave and compliance matters (FMLA, ADA, wage and hour), policy development, compliance training and managing pre-litigation disputes is preferred but not required

1800 billable hours per year
