Compensation:

CVICU specializes in caring for acute patients with a variety of disease states. As a destination center for higher level cardiac care in Southern California, the CVICU implements progressive programs and therapies. As a member of our team, you will gain experience in cardiac surgery, heart failure, shock, advanced resuscitation measures, mechanical circulatory support, and hemodynamic monitoring. Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care within the scope of practice, focusing on cardiac diagnosis. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans and outcomes. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care. Participate in hands‑on training, preceptorships, and continuous education. Required Qualifications
Nursing degree from an accredited school of nursing. One year of recent RN experience in an adult ICU. California Registered Nurse license. Current American Heart Association BLS. Current American Heart Association ACLS. Ability to speak, read, and follow instructions in English. Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in nursing. Experience with hemodynamic monitoring in heart failure and cardiac surgery populations. Incentives & Eligibility
