Job Details The firm is seeking a highly skilled associate or counsel with extensive experience in providing employment litigation advice and counseling in California. The successful candidate will contribute to a growing practice by managing complex litigation and providing strategic guidance on employment-related issues.
Responsibilities
Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and dispositive motions.
Represent clients in court appearances, arbitration, and government investigations.
Draft and respond to discovery, prepare meet and confer letters, and defend individual and class action wage & hour and PAGA claims.
Provide advice and counseling on employment policies, agreements, and Employee Handbooks.
Draft and review employment and severance agreements.
Key Requirements
7–8 years of experience in labor and employment law.
Strong background in California employment litigation and counseling.
Active member in good standing of the California Bar (or eligible to waive in).
Location Los Angeles, CA (must be within driving distance or willing to relocate).
