Key Responsibilities

Handle complex civil litigation cases from inception through resolution.

Represent clients in matters involving premises liability, sexual abuse claims, product liability, and other tort‑related disputes.

Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.

Participate in depositions, mediations, and trials.

Collaborate with internal teams and external experts to achieve client objectives.

Qualifications

Minimum of 6 years of litigation experience.

Active license to practice law in Washington State.

Proven track record in handling sensitive and high‑stakes cases.

Strong writing, analytical, and courtroom skills.

Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines independently.
