Key Responsibilities
Establish credibility with client stakeholders across Marketing, Analytics, IT, and Commercial/Sales orgs.
Formulate omni‑channel strategies based on client goals across strategy, digital transformation, experience, creative, and front‑end/back‑end development.
Understand technical platforms and solutions (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SFMC/Marketo, Google Marketing Platforms) and conduct third‑party technology due diligence.
Manage multiple pieces of business and projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
Evaluate contemporary marketing and customer experience programs across brands and channels.
Grow and diversify client relationships by identifying additional business needs focused on data‑driven marketing, experience design, and innovation.
Bring innovative ideas and solutions to MERGE and clients.
Understand Life Sciences headwinds, tailwinds, and market forces to anticipate changes in client categories.
Recalibrate marketing strategy based on data‑driven and industry insights.
Collaborate and lead internal and external cross‑functional teams to drive client projects forward.
Serve as a go‑to resource for thought leadership and guarantee greater engagement across marketing and branding endeavors.
Effectively communicate complex data insights to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Own and maintain a primary data lake for the client, sourcing new data and maintaining legacy data schemas across media and performance data inputs.
Interface directly with clients to understand data needs and provide the right outputs to drive business decisions.
Ongoing data quality control and proactive data cleansing guidance.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in an advertising agency, marketing services, or consulting.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
Life Science industry experience a plus.
Deep understanding of digital strategy and execution across channels.
Experience developing multi‑touch, targeted customer journeys - Marketo and CDP experience a plus.
Advanced client management and relationship skills, especially expanding business within existing clients.
Strong proficiency in data analytics, business intelligence, data visualization – SQL experience a plus.
Familiarity with data visualization tools (Domo, Tableau, Qlik, Looker).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong working knowledge of contemporary marketing and customer experience initiatives.
Commitment to client, attention to detail, and strong problem‑solving ability – energized by growing a client business.

$98,000-$118,000 , based on the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
