Job Overview

As an Account Director in Client Services, you will sit at the intersection of omni‑channel marketing, data, and project management for multiple Life Sciences accounts. You’ll understand client business objectives, formulate strategies and tactics, and lead cross‑functional talent to deliver results. You will also develop client roadmaps for long‑term growth and relationship continuity. Key Responsibilities

Establish credibility with client stakeholders across Marketing, Analytics, IT, and Commercial/Sales orgs. Formulate omni‑channel strategies tailored to client goals. Understand how technical platforms (Google, Adobe Analytics, SFMC/Marketo, Google Marketing Platform) enable business goals. Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment. Evaluate contemporary marketing and customer experience programs across brands and channels. Grow client relationships by identifying additional business needs. Stay current on digital marketing trends and innovative solutions. Advise clients on Life Sciences market forces. Recalibrate marketing strategy based on data‑driven and industry insights. Client Services / Business Development / Thought Leadership / Project Management

Collaborate and lead internal and external cross‑functional teams. Provide proactive communication to stakeholders about interdependencies. Serve as a go‑to resource for client thought leadership. Communicate complex data insights to technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Data and Analytics Stewardship

Own your client’s data analytics infrastructure and guide their data strategy/BI roadmaps. Maintain a primary data lake, sourcing new data and maintaining legacy schemas across media and performance inputs. Interface directly with the client to understand data needs. Ensure ongoing data quality and provide proactive cleansing guidance. Related data sources include:

Google and Adobe Analytics Display/Email/Search/Social media platform performance data streams

Qualifications

10+ years in an advertising agency, marketing services, or consulting role. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. Life Sciences industry experience preferred. Deep understanding of digital strategy and multi‑channel execution. Experience building multi‑touch, targeted customer journeys; Marketo and CDP experience a plus. Advanced client‑management and relationship skills. Strong proficiency in data analytics, BI, and data visualization; SQL experience a plus. Familiarity with tools such as Domo, Tableau, Qlik, or Looker. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Knowledge of contemporary marketing and customer experience initiatives. Commitment to client success and strong problem‑solving ability. Compensation

Salary range:

$98,000 - $118,000

(subject to change). Benefits
