Research Coordinator – Family Medicine – UW
The Department of Family Medicine has an outstanding opportunity for a Research Coordinator to join our team. The coordinator will support PRIME Lab in its mission to promote health equity by studying how to transform and optimize the delivery of primary healthcare. Multiple studies will take place in partnership with clinics across the Pacific Northwest testing and implementing evidence-based treatments in primary care, improving quality improvement capacity within practices and leveraging electronic health records to improve health. Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day research operations including participant recruitment, data collection and analysis, stakeholder engagement and tracking research milestones. Liaise between project teams, collaborating institutions, multiple investigators, sponsors and facilitate connections between collaborators and clinical sites. Support faculty, staff and trainees across multiple domains including post-award and pre-award activities. Develop surveys and data collection procedures, build and manage REDCap databases, conduct routine data quality checks. Contribute to data analysis, manuscript development, presentations and qualitative data analysis efforts. Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a related field and two years of relevant experience. Desired Qualifications
Experience or interest in primary care practice-based research. Experience using UW systems and processes in support of research. Proficiency in project management tools, electronic data management and analysis tools such as REDCap, R. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Compensation and Benefits
