What You'll Do
Identify, cultivate, and convert high-value leads into luxury build contracts.
Develop referral networks with realtors, architects, and community influencers.
Attend key networking events, client functions, and luxury market showcases.
Lead clients through the design-build process with clarity, professionalism, and vision.
Work alongside design, pre-construction, and production teams to ensure a seamless handoff and outstanding client experience.
Offer fresh ideas to strengthen TriCrest's market presence and reputation.
Contribute to marketing and brand visibility efforts across digital and in-person platforms.
What You Bring
Proven success in luxury residential sales, high-end real estate, or design-build construction.
A network of high-net-worth clients, realtors, and industry professionals in the DC Metro area.
Exceptional presentation, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
Confidence working with clients who expect excellence and discretion.
Organized, proactive, and results-focused with strong follow-through.
Experience with CRM or project management software (Procore, HubSpot, etc.) a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $30,000
Uncapped Commission: Average total earnings between $150,000-$250,000+ annually.
Performance Bonuses: Based on quarterly and annual results.
