About The Role As a Project Manager, you will lead the construction of custom, high-end residential projects from groundbreaking to completion. You will manage people, processes, and priorities—balancing technical excellence with client experience. This role is central to TriCrest’s promise: homes built with precision, empathy, and pride.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the full construction lifecycle for multiple custom homes, ensuring excellence in quality, schedule, and budget.

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal field teams for seamless project execution.

Manage project documentation in Procore, including schedules, budgets, RFIs, and change orders.

Maintain proactive communication with clients, architects, and consultants throughout every project phase.

Conduct regular site meetings, field walks, and quality inspections to uphold TriCrest standards.

Forecast project needs, identify potential risks early, and resolve issues with confidence and composure.

Report directly to the Production Manager and collaborate with company leadership to continuously refine our process and performance.

Qualifications

5+ years of project management experience in custom or luxury residential construction.

Strong knowledge of field operations, budgeting, and project scheduling.

Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Office, and project tracking tools.

Demonstrated success in delivering projects on time, on budget, and with client satisfaction.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites.
