About the Role At SoFi, we are redefining how financial services empower human potential. We are building a world‑class IT Asset Management (ITAM) program on ServiceNow and need a highly skilled Business Analyst to support this program.

What You’ll Do

Develop the ITAM ecosystem on ServiceNow, establishing best‑in‑class compliance and cost optimization.

Assist in designing, configuring, and documenting the core ITAM data model, ensuring alignment with CSDM standards.

Improve data integrity and CMDB accuracy, identifying gaps and establishing remediation plans.

Drive day‑to‑day operations, ensuring efficient process execution and issue resolution.

Generate and present metrics and dashboards on ITAM performance, asset inventory, and cost opportunities.

Document ITAM policies and procedures aligned with ITIL and CSDM frameworks, streamlining workflows.

Oversee annual certification for hardware and business applications, ensuring compliance and audit readiness.

Build strong partnerships with internal teams (Technology, Finance, Legal), aligning ITAM processes with business needs.

Champion continuous improvement, automating processes and enhancing the ServiceNow platform.

What You Bring

Minimum 5 years of specialized experience as a Business Analyst in an IT Asset Management function.

Highly self‑motivated, results‑oriented, with proven ownership in fast‑moving environments.

Background in financial services or regulated industries preferred.

Minimum 3 years of direct experience supporting ServiceNow ITAM/CMDB modules (HAM Pro, SAM Pro).

Deep understanding of ITAM best practices, asset lifecycle management, and compliance frameworks.

Strong analytical skills, data‑driven problem solving, translating complex data into actionable insights.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Familiarity with the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) highly desirable.

ServiceNow Administrator certification (or equivalent ITAM certifications).

Experience in ServiceNow development or integrations with endpoint management, CI discovery, or access control tools is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Compensation & Benefits Base pay range:

$105,600.00/yr – $198,000.00/yr . Final base pay offer will be determined based on individual factors such as experience and location.
